Form: Offline Workout Tracker (version 1.0.0) is provided by Jonas Albrecht, the responsible developer and, where applicable, data controller. For privacy or support questions, email jonas1albrecht@gmail.com.

Your training stays on your iPhone

Plans, custom exercises, reps, optional weights or assistance, distances, durations, notes, weekly targets and workout history are stored locally using Apple’s on-device storage. Form does not send these records to the developer or operate a training-data server. No account is required. This version has no app-managed cloud sync or data export.

Optional calendar access

With your permission, Form uses Apple’s Calendar framework (EventKit) to display events from calendars you select. iOS labels this permission full calendar access; Form reads only events from the selected calendars. It stores event titles, start and end dates, notes, all-day status and calendar/event identifiers locally. All events in a selected calendar may be shown, so select calendars dedicated to running.

Form does not create, edit or delete events in Apple Calendar. Calendar access is optional; strength planning and logging work without it. Form does not sign in to Runna, Garmin or Strava. Synchronization performed by Apple Calendar, Runna or another calendar provider is governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.

Tracking and third parties

Form contains no advertising, third-party analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. It does not track users across apps or websites or sell or share personal information for advertising, including cross-context behavioral advertising. It does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone or Apple Health access.

Apple handles App Store purchases and TestFlight distribution and may provide diagnostics under your Apple privacy and sharing settings. Form does not receive payment card details. Device or iCloud backups may include Form’s local data according to your Apple backup settings; Form itself does not implement cloud sync. Apple’s services are covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Retention, choices and deletion

Local records are retained on your device until edited or deleted. You can edit or delete individual sets and weekly goals. In Form’s Calendar & settings screen, Remove imported calendar events deletes the app’s saved calendar copies without changing Apple Calendar.

You can revoke calendar permission in iPhone Settings to stop future access; this alone does not delete existing copies. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes local app data. Backups are managed separately in Apple settings. The developer cannot access, retrieve or remotely delete training records held only on your device.

Support correspondence

If you email support at jonas1albrecht@gmail.com, Jonas receives your email address and whatever you choose to provide, solely to answer and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive training or calendar details unless needed.

Support correspondence is kept only as needed for the request and applicable legal obligations; you may request deletion. Handling a support request is based on your request and, as applicable, legitimate interests in providing support or legal obligations. Calendar access is based on your optional device permission and can be withdrawn in Settings.

Privacy rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information actually held by Jonas by emailing jonas1albrecht@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Requests about Apple-managed accounts, payments, diagnostics or backups should be directed to Apple. Jonas cannot supply or delete records stored only on your device. Form does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children and updates

Form is a general fitness log and is not specifically directed to children. No account or advertising profiles are created. If the app’s privacy practices change, this policy and its displayed date will be updated.

About this website

This policy describes the iPhone app. Accessing these pages sends normal web request information to the website hosting provider, Railway. The website is served using nginx, whose standard configuration writes access and error logs; hosting logs may therefore contain request information. No specific hosting-log retention period is stated here. These pages do not add analytics, tracking scripts, forms or web fonts.
